1. The Service
LeadBastion ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered lead automation platform for real estate professionals and mortgage lenders. The service captures incoming lead emails, extracts relevant information using AI, logs leads to a Google Sheet dashboard, sends SMS alerts, and prepares draft email responses.
LeadBastion is a tool that assists you — it does not replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications before sending them to leads.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate or mortgage professional (or operate in a related capacity) to use LeadBastion. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Subscription and Billing
LeadBastion is offered as a monthly subscription at $99/month with no setup fee. Custom pricing is available for teams and brokerages — contact us at leadbastion@gmail.com for details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using LeadBastion, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during signup and keep your settings up to date.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Review all AI-drafted emails before sending them to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Not use LeadBastion to send spam, harass individuals, or engage in any deceptive practices.
- Keep your account credentials and Google Sheet secure.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, LendingTree, etc.) whose lead notifications you forward to LeadBastion.
5. Email Forwarding
LeadBastion works by processing emails you forward from your lead platforms to our central inbox. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward those emails and that doing so complies with your lead platform's terms of service. LeadBastion is not affiliated with Zillow, Realtor.com, LendingTree, or any other lead platform.
6. AI-Generated Content
LeadBastion uses artificial intelligence to parse lead information and draft email responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. LeadBastion is not liable for any consequences arising from unreviewed AI-generated content.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of LeadBastion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Lead data is stored in a Google Sheet hosted in your own Google account — we do not store your leads on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
LeadBastion and all related software, designs, and content are the property of LeadBastion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of LeadBastion.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. LeadBastion may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadBastion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed leads, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at leadbastion@gmail.com. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your Google Sheet data remains yours.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
