2. Information We Collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your full name and email address
- Your phone number (used for SMS lead alerts)
- Your target market / city
- Your preferred AI response tone
When LeadBastion processes your lead emails, it reads:
- Lead contact information (name, phone, email)
- Property address and budget details
- The lead source (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook, etc.)
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide the LeadBastion service:
- To create and manage your private lead dashboard (Google Sheet)
- To send you SMS alerts when a new lead arrives
- To generate personalized AI reply drafts in your Gmail
- To contact you about your account or service updates
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients' data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
Your lead data is stored in a private Google Sheet that is created exclusively for your account. This sheet is not shared with other LeadBastion users and is only accessible to you and the LeadBastion system account used to write new leads.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS alerts from LeadBastion notifying you of new leads. Message frequency varies based on the number of leads you receive. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to send you lead alerts through the LeadBastion service.
6. Third-Party Services
LeadBastion uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Google (Gmail & Sheets API) — to read forwarded lead emails and write to your dashboard
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — to parse lead details and generate reply drafts
- Twilio — to send SMS alerts to your phone
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. Lead content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not used to train their models under their standard API terms.
7. Data Security
We use OAuth 2.0 for Google account access — we never store your Google password. All API communications use HTTPS encryption. Access credentials are stored securely and never exposed in your dashboard or emails.
8. Your Rights
You can request at any time:
- A copy of the data we hold about you
- Deletion of your account and associated data
- Correction of any inaccurate information

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email.
